Hello all, I work for a small business machine service center and we had a customer walk in with one of these HP printers. Typically we don't service ink jets, but we are the only service center near by and we told her we would take a shot at it.

We are looking for a service manual, the customer is getting a C8190014 error code and as we have tried we can't find any information on the Error code or finding a service manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

check print bar cable , replace printbar , replace main pca.

printhead is stationary on these units , can print at high speeds 50 pages plus, similar to the hp edgeline copier full size inkjet copier with stationary print heads over 60 pages aminute, similar product is xerox color cube copier xerox wax inkjet technology as a full size copier.

Very helpful information, thank you. But if anybody still has a manual that would be awesome. We don't service INK at all here, we only service laser products, so while pointing us towards the problem helps a lot, I have no idea where to find the print bar much less which cable is the print bar cable. While we're willing to tear into this machine, we would much prefer to have a manual before we do it.
