Hi
I have an Hp Designjet 510 Ploter not printing in Black.If i want to printer something in black and out it comes out mixed with cyan.Have anyone come across this problem and how did you solve it?I also want a service manual for this ploter.If someone have the ploter u can email it to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com
Hope to here from someone who have solved this problem,I have changed the Black printer head twice but after changing the printer head it prints fine black and white for only two weeks then it start mixing blck and cyan.

If you have air in the tubes, it will mess up the print heads. You can get set up heads that bleed the air out. Usually you can see the air bubbles in the tubes.

Thanks for your responce,Please can you help me ,How do i go about ity? Hw do i bleed the heads my dear?Please help am in trouble with this machine

You put the set up heads in. In this model, it may detect them automatically. if not, in service menu there will be an option to purge.

Is the black ink cartridge empty? Are you using refilled cartridges? Have you tried a new black cartridge?
