Hi All,
here lies an HP cm2320nf that prints ok, but if i want to make a color scan or copy it printouts only in grayscale.
Just replaced the ccd but the problem is still here.
Performed a firmware upgrade with no luck.
Any other ideas before putting in another formatter?
