Possible stuck swing assembly in the fuser drive area (see figure). A drop of oil on the pivot
of the swing arm may help.

Some of these rebuilt fusers are not very well lubricated with the fixing film grease. My suggestion is to disassemble the fuser, clean the heater surface and apply Uniflor 8172 fixing film grease. =^..^=

I have replaced the fuser and feed tire and sep pad still getting code paper sticking out the back of fuser several inches also replaced the fuser drive gears.
