I have a T520 that when turned on it immediately [after a few seconds] displays 3723150 and does nothing else. Is this the HDD and does anyone know if this is replaceable off the shelf?

Re: T520 wont boot
That's an odd error code/message. Is that all it displays?
The error should be in the form of XX.YY:ZZ, like 01.1:19
When power is applied, does it beep at all after about 30 seconds? 3 beeps means a bad front panel. One long beep means a possible bad main PCA. You can check for a flashing green LED in the bottom left behind the ink cartridge cover.
See if you can get/post what the display shows.

Wow, I googled that as an hp error and got 6 hits. 5 were not related, and one was this thread. The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen HawkingComment

Re: T520 wont boot
I asked my friend at HP; that error doesn't even come up in their system. So my vote would be for a bad PCA, especially if you're getting 1 beep (should be 1 long beep.)
