    HP 4250 / HP 4345 heating element

    Hi everyone,
    I am new here and I hope I can help someone in theards becouse my company have more than 1000 printers in lease and also hope that someone can help me with my case.

    Until now we always put new heating element when rebuildng fuser cores for 4250 4350. Dos anyone know is it right thing or wasteing of time and money?
    Does anyone tested heating element for few times cicle on this machines. Regards

    I typically do not replace the heater assy with a fuser rebuild. I may have replaced 6 heaters in my career for cause. How do I diagnose it? Look at this document:

    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
