    hp laserjet 4250

    Hello all,
    i have hp 4250 and if i print make noise in fuser, i change the fuser but again make noise, ( on the left side )

    The part that you need to fix this is called a "Swing plate Assy".. it's a good 1 hour job for most tech's who are used to this machine. RM1-0043-020CN is the part number you need!

      You need to replace the SWING PLATE ASSEMBLY..check www.hp.com or partsnow.com for the procedure.

        75 minutes IMHO ... once you've practiced a few times. =^..^=
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Like all the others said, this is defintiely your swing plate assembly. Can be tricky enough to get out and in. You will see a lot of excess below the assembly where the teeth have been wore down.
