Have you tired a cleaning page through the printer first? I have the same printer recently acquired with paper pick up issues (You may be able to help me!)
Only ask for when I removed the transfer belt there is a lot of toner spillage under mine, defo get the service manual and you'll see what I mean, the mis-registration assembly is a bit awkward but it does move out of the way.
Once out see if it needs a good clean (Like mine!) Not sure how mine prints yet, still awaiting toners.plus I think I've found the issue with the paper pick up/feed. I have a spring that does not seem to be attached to anything,is your's?
See photo's. I've marked with an arrow to try and highlight what I'm after, not sure if this is correct?
Anyway good luck with your printer it might help me with this one very soon!
Regard's,
Gus633.
