Re: FS-C8650 Jam error 101.00.00.01.01
By all appearances this is a printer version of the AlphardIII.
I've not seen one before and have no manuals. I can tell this much:
101.xx.xx.xx.xx : is your jam location (Waiting to Process Job)
xxx.00.xx.xx.xx : is your paper source (00: MP Tray)
xxx.xx.00.xx.xx : is your paper size (00: not specified)
xxx.xx.xx.01.xx : is your media type (01: Plain)
xxx.xx.xx.xx.01 : is your exit location (01: face down (FD))
Yes it appears in the jam list but this isn't really a paper jam. It means that the print data is expected, and not reaching the printer. It could mean a memory failure, a HDD failure, an engine board failure, an MFP board failure, or some combination of the above. I think that I'd try firmware first. if it fails, replace each of these items followed by a firmware attempt.
This is definitely not a phone fix. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
