    what is life on consumables?
what did you do besides drum/dev?
    did you init dev unit?
did you do any PQ adjustments?
    total pages on unit?

you ask for help but left out some VERY important details!

check the springs that the transfer belt contact , remove the front cover, and you will see the springs that are for the transfer rollers in the transfer belt, there are contacts on the belt assembly that contact those springs my bet the one for the black transfer roller is not in place

Hi there, the printer has done 80k black and 68k colour. Replacedblack dev unit and drum, cleaned laser glass, run dev, drum, LSU calibrations and black print quality still poor, colour quality is ok.

            hi

have you considered the bias pcb.maybe theres dirt on the connector where voltage isnt right so cq will be bad or even look and see if its contacts are touching spring (not touching means no bias what means no proper transfer)
