After power failure printer doesn't print. I printed from printers menu report with no problem but when i try to print from computer screen changes and message that will reset and restart appears . \Also message "interupt code , APC index mismatch" appears and computer restarts. This happens every time i try to print. I can print with no problem from computer to copier taskalfa 5501i that client has at the network too.
I installed again drivers with no result. Computer is connected to network by wi fi. Internet works fine.
Any idea?

Sounds like the recent issue with a MS update.

Update the machine firmware & check this link.
