Kyocera MC-3100 Main Charger Help

Hi Guys

I would like to know if there are any settings or anything that can be done to help increase the service intervals for cleaning the MC-3100 on Kyocera machines. In our company they usually need to be cleaned around 30K prints. We have around 300 of the 2100/4200/3055/3155 machines so it does become quite tiring to be running around all day cleaning those chargers.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

We have > 300 units in the field with inbuilt MC-3100 and we don`t get problems >3% with this MC if orignal toner in use. (>3% means epidemic failure...)
1 distributor asked for compensation payment because of similar problem like yours, but he forgot that a few month ago, during a video conference, he told me that his dealers are using generic toner from Katun.
So i asked Katun for safety data sheet and of course, i got it.
Now i compared the ingredients and found amorphe silicium dioxide amout was < 4% instead of <2% from original toner.
(Amorphe silicium dioxide is a white powder to increase the flow from toner...)

Sorry, but no compensation from our side.....
