C7101 on Kyocera Taka Alfa 8002i. The MFP developer unit is spilling any solution to this problem will be highly appreciated. I have tried serving the dev unit several times without success.

Can you get the error to clear temporarily? If yes, enter service mode > U030 and run the developer motor. If it does not run, you might have a bad developing motor. Very similar motors are used in the KM-6550ci, KM-7550ci, KM-6551ci, KM-7551ci, KM-8002i, KM-8003i. I suspect that 302K994890 through 302K994894 are all updates in the same motor. If you manually rotate the motor you might hear loud clicking. This one was in a KM-6551ci:
