    Broken Wheel

Please help. Where can I purchase a wheel assy for a X658. This is for the large square looking base. It is held on by four screws. Anyone know a replacement?

There is no part number for those. you will have to purchase the entire caster base which comes with one tray if you want the original caster wheel.
My suggestion is to remove the machine from the tray assy, its easy with another person helping. remove one of the wheel and take it to hardware store that sells those and see if you get a match. you should be able to get it. replace in pairs, if it the front, replace both the front.

I've got a few odds and ends also. Take a picture, and maybe someone will have one for you. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
