XC 2132 Unsupported Toners?

Hi Everyone,

I have a Lexmark XC2132 which keeps saying unsupported toners installed. And yes we are using genuine lexmark toners.

Any ideas?

Thanks for that link. Done all of that but still have same issue. Did the service recovery tool aswell with no joy either.
