[Jamming] lexmark x860 - fuser bushings

Hi guys. Just wondering : does anyone know where i can find the heat roller bearings for a Lexmark x860? They don't seem to have a individual pn code in the service manual and i can't seem to find another machine with similar bearings. I attached some photos, maybe they can help. Thank you

Actually, any Lexmark posts can go here:

    http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/lexmark/

Might reach a wider audience if you post there.
The mothership found that it is more cost effective to replace the entire unit than just the parts, so I'm not going to be much help here. Sorry.
(Looks like you need the bushings more than the bearings!)

On the intact bearing can you read the number stamped into the outer ring? Or can you measure the inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
