Lexmark MS510 - Do you have one that you can take an interior picture of?

The printer I'm working on is printing all black pages. I've tried 2 different Imaging Unit without change in symptom. I noticed on the left side at the far end of a black plastic guide that there was a piece chipped off. I don't know exactly what came off, but it appears that it may align with the IU in some way. Even though there isn't a HV contact on the IU near there, I wonder if it helps seat the IU properly to make contact elsewhere.<br><br><img src="http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=35569&stc=1" attachmentid="35569" alt="" id="vbattach_35569" class="previewthumb"><br><br>I've circled in red the spot on the lefthand side just before fuser entry that appears chipped off. Can someone tell me what this is supposed to look like? Or better yet, send me a picture of what it should look like?<br><br>TIA<br><br>

    aka XM1145. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
