copies look like a 3d picture! can anyone please tell me how to realign the colours on this printer. this is a new machine with only 3000 copies on it.

My guess would be either imaging drums or transfer belt. Not familiar with this model, but, it looks similar to the CX410's. -

Color alignment adjust
This setting allows you to adjust the color alignments and to print or reset the default settings.
1 Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Printer diagnostics & adjustments > Color alignment adjust
2 Select a setting.
