I've cleaned fuser exit sensor and I've been unable to duplicate this issue. Tested all trays no problem but customer tells me the paper stops out of the fuser. Is there a jam report for these lexmarks? Don't see anything in 2-6 mode. More of a Toshiba /richoh technician so I'm no Lexmark expert. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Does it 'jam' in fuser from all users or just one? Maybe a print driver default to exit at fuser."You can't trust your eyes, if your mind is out of focus" -- -
Re: Lexmark xs798de jams at fuser exit?
I had a problem just like this on a two year old machine. You could hear it "clipping" as the paper started coming out of the redrive assembly, about 30mm in from the rear edge there was a tiny nick in the leading edge of the paper.
The fault was the paper at the backside was being formed into a "corrugated" shape by the exit rollers of the redrive unit and catching a virtually non existant ridge on the underside of the exit switch bar.
I put 60mm of insulation tape along the underside of the bar, to help guide the paper past, and all the clipping and jamming stopped.Comment

Check menu PAPER Setting. Maybe wrong paper size on driverComment
