This unit and the parts I see online look very much like a Lexmark.

Thoroughly inspect the duplexer. Kind of a pain on this model to remove it, but, it may come to that to do a thorough inspection of the duplex path.Comment

Lance , the unit I am working on has intermittent jams from the #1 cassette. I replaced the feed tires and nothing would feed . I swapped cassettes so I know its not the cassette or the media . I put the old tires back in and I am back to occasional misfeeds . I am thinking the new tires are causing more drag on whatever is the real issue .
Anything else in that area that might cause this ?Comment

Are you using OEM tires or compatible/aftermarket?
