Set machine to multiple copy and machine will make one copy and then say add paper to main tray. There is plenty of paper and when you open drawer and close it you can make one more copy and it says add paper again... Even if it is set for only one copy it will make the copy and then say add paper to tray. When using MPT it still only makes one copy even if you set it to 2 or more. Also red led on control panel continually flashes with alert icon. when touching the alert icon it says fax analog line not connected which is true because it is not connected to a fax line.

If the printer has the old greyish looking rollers, replace them. They are a known issue. 41X0958 is what you should order. The re-engineered rollers are green. You can ignore the message about the FAX. It's just a nag.
