Lexmark MX711de's with ADF misfeed issues

I have a few Lexmark MX711's that experience ADF misfeeds. The paper will stop on first page on the separator roller.
I have replaced all feed rollers and the ADF PCBA's with the same issues.

Has anyone else experienced this?
