    XM 7355 giving -1 error when scanning to email

    Hey all. Tried contacting lexmark on this, they were zero assistance. Client called in with scan to email issues. Rectified all but 1 machine. Xm7355 would cancel scan to emails off the bat and would not print a transmission log. Updated FW and now it prints the log and gives me error -1. Ive searched high and low and cannot locate what this error code means. Can anyone assist please?

    are all the email server settings in the machine correct? if you leave something out that could be a cause. though i haven't seen the -1 before. what else does the -1 error say? it might not give the transmission log if it is turned off under the settings.

      This is the only thing I could find regarding a -1 error

      Timeout or unable to make a TCP connection (port closed or blocked)
      error -1 Connection Error
