    [Electrical] Service Restore Tool & XC4140

    I wonder if anyone can help. I have to fit a new controller to an XC4140 and the manual tells me to login to the Service Restore Tool (SSO | Lexmark) but I don't have a user name or password as we are not a Lexmark reseller. Is there anything I can do?

          Thanks for your reply, I have just discovered an engineer from a Lexmark dealer who has leant me a login so I am all sorted now.

              Even for a dealer the contoller pwb on these are salty compared to the price of the machine. You can buy a very low meter off lease XC4140 for less the the cost of the pwb. The last used XC4140 I bought was $375.00 with shipping, 13K total pages. Unfortunately you can't swap most pwbs from machine to machine.
