Lexmark B2338 print quality test page

Good morning, I am referring to this specific model https://support.lexmark.com/it_it/pr...ter/B2338.html
I attach the quality test. As you can see it is not perfect. The toner is new, just installed. What could it be?

Thanks. How much does it cost? Can you find refurbished ones? Could you please link me the exact part?

Consistently outstanding image quality. Long-life system reliability. Superior sustainability. Innovative shake-free print system.

        Here is the link.
Then search for it yourself in your region. It is up to you to decide whether to use the original or not.

The original is not that expensive ($50).

If you make an effort, you can change it under warranty. But it all depends on who services your printer or not, whether there is a service.

Are you using Lexmark Original toner or a compatible?

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

I sent the photos of the toner to Lexmark Technical Support. They noted that it is a remanufactured toner from Holland and would like to know 100% that it is original lexmark through the purchase invoice. But I could not find the invoice..

Looks like the toner was not good and there was some grit in it causing the blocking of the doctor blade which made the blank stripes. You will need a new imaging unitand do not use re-manufactured toner cartridges.

Grit is course particles. Toner is about 8 microns in particle size, course toner particles, much larger , block the doctor blade, Cheep toner.

No you cannot unblock the doctor blade unless you dissasemble the whole unit and surgically clean it. you must have the correct tools to regap the doctor blade. Not something an untrained tech can do.

This will teach you that cheeper is not always better, more so worse.

Purchase a new imagimg unit and real Lexmark toner. End of story.
