XC2335 142.82A Engine Error

We're getting 142.82A intermittently (a few times a day)

after a reboot, its good for a few hours.

Drumunit has been swapped (the color version, so all developers)
Motor turns in diag mode
Connections have been checked.
Beltunit turns freely, turns in diag mode.

Machine has 3K prints, so is practically new.

Any ideas?

ps: the manual only has 142.82, the "A" part is nowhere to be found.

I would remove the left panel and swap the two motors to each others location and see if the error changes.

I had 145 error on a XC4140 and moved the motors around and figured out one was failing.

Swap the motors...forgot about that one

Did a claim of the EP drive instead...but should have tried the swap.
