    Lexmark MX511dhe "Invalid factory configuration"

    Hello everybody,

    I have a Lexmark MX511dhe and I have an issue. It gives me a message "Invalid Factory Configuration", the machine is in fully working condittion. The only way to remove the issues is Restore Tool. I don't have an account on Lexmark site so I can download the tool. If someone have it please could you send it to me.

      I have the same problem on Lexmarks ms415, did you manage to solve it?

          Try logging into the device EWS & check the date / time are correct then reboot.

          If this fails use the restore tool, & update the firmware, we can provide if required.
