Lexmark XC4240 Lines on pages

We have an XC 4240 that has what I would describe as digital lines on pages when both copying and printing, See attached. We have swapped out the ITB & both B/W and color imaging units with a machine we have at our office. When we do this, the issue goes away for a few days at the problem machine but then returns. All parts brought back from the problem machine work fine here, so I don't think its related to them. Any suggestions? CQ sample is attached.

Hello. Try to change something from this list, for example Developer unit, Fuser, EP drive, MFP redrive, Fuser motor.
The interval between repetitions is small and I think this can help.

is it plugged directly into the wall? if not, try that.
