Has anyone seen improved fuser reliabiity on this model?

We replaced a lot of fusers on the XC4140/XC4150.

On the Lexmark XC2235 small desktop colour MFP, what problems did you run into?

Our first XC4342 was installed in May. So far no failures.

We do not sell the XC2235. I loooathe the design. We did sell one of the XC4240 which is very similiar in Dec. of 2019 and so far it hasn't had a service call.

The price point between the XC4240 and XC4140 was so close that it didn't make sense selling the XC4240 unless space was an issue.

... if you sell a relabelled Lexmark, like a Toshiba, Lexmark does not extend any return program.

The XC4140/XC4150 were very disappointing for fusers failures.

I think the Sharp/ Lexmark program does provide a one year fuser warranty.

Sharp warranties parts for 1 year on all their A4 products either made by them or Lexmark. A slacker can easily claim a fuser failed in any device and make sure they claim it on a machine less than a year old. I have never done it.

Lexmarks goes a step further and pays $125 per warranty call on top of failed parts.

I have shelves full of failed fusers in the hopes that someday someone might produce parts to fix them.

That fuser is for an older mono device and there isn't a Sharpmark version that uses this fuser that I know of.
