    Lexmark CX921 power cycling and rebooting

    Machine is in an endless cycle of rebooting after getting to around 90% or so loading.

    Any help on what could be causing this?

    We have tried to unplug the HDD to test if it was a bad HDD, no change, replaced fuser no change, Could it possibly be a bad main board?

    unable to do any actual diagnostics on the machine due to reboot failure or see any history on events on it.

      firmware? can you boot into the diagnostic menu?

          does the same while trying to boot into diagnostics mode unable to check firmware anyway
