    T642 Print Quality Problem

    A little help for the Lexmark Newbie...

    Have a T642 with mottled light images. Toner cartridge, charge rollers, transfer roller, fuser, and paper have all been changed. Made no difference.

    Looking for any ideas. Sample attached.

      i would suggest trying another toner cart. its not uncommon to get a defective cartridge from lexmark

          Lexmark has a boatload of cartridge. The "recycle program" carts are sent back to Lexmark and reused and refilled. We have a problem with toner carts from time to time. Also, is it a print job, ADF, or platen scan?
          Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
