[Error Code] Lexmark 920C- says replace all color developers

Lexmark 920C- says replace all color developers. Did that twice, cant get the message to disappear. I am able to print by hitting continue on the screen. I thought once you replaced the developers the message auto clears. Please help. Thanks in advance.

this message means that all color photo developers, this are the drums, not the toner cartridges. The message should disappear when you do that.

    succes.

Lexmark 920C- says replace all color developers

i tried that already, this is what Ive done: reseated several times, replaced toners, replace developers twice, cleaned contacts and did factory reset. even went into diagnostics and reset counters for other components, and firmware of course. Next thing I will try will be a main board. I guess.

Sometimes you have no choice but to do that, like in this case because the manual doesn't give the technician enough information( must have gotten it from those crooks at manuals4you). Of course I can't expect somebody with no field experience to understand that.

He is a douche bag, pay him no mind. Have you tried running auto color adjust in the configuration menu? Did you replace the supplies with the unit unplugged and then turn it back on?
