    Lexmark T-652

    Customer calls with a Service Transfer message.

    Machine is still working. Any idea on why this light is on. Is it just normal PM time and time to install fuser and trans roller.??

    I have the T-manual . Type 4069 and can't see that message in there.

      You need the type 4062 service manual. However, I checked in mine and that error isn't in there. My suggestion is to call the client again and ask them where they are seeing the message (maybe PC screen?) and take another look at it. Barring that take a maint. kit and go out and look at it yourself, since clients sometimes see things.
