    LEXmark T644 MPT probblem

    the client wants to print envelopes it pulls paper from drawer 1.
    I left open drawer 1 and 2 and put plain paper in the mpt and printed a utility page and it didnt even try to pull from the mpt it wanted paper from 1 or 2

    Can it be disabled by accident? Or is the solenoid etc bad

    You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
    if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!

          if im not mistaken the config pages ect.. can only be printed from tray1 havent seen one that would do it yet

              well its printing from tray (drawer) 1 ...its like the mpt doesn't even exist...any ideas?

                  What is the mpt set to? Is it set to COM 10 envelopes? You can go into service mode and run the constant feed test to check the functionality of the trays.
                  Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
