We have the above mentioned copier and we broke it good. There was an error on the screen (I didn't get to see it) and after a power cycle the progress bar makes it about half way and we get a error saying JVM not found. We tried the key combinations for NVRAM reset, diagnostic mode and service mode. Lexmark said we need a board and I'm sure they're correct. I thought I'd post here to see if anyone has seen this or if there is another trick to boot the machine. I also tried the yellow jumper on sys board.
