Print cartridge has been replaced with genuine Lexmark. I have replaced transfer and charge rollers, HV PCB and laser. Any ideas?

on these the charge rollers are connected to the front door, so when u lift the door it lifts the charge rollers out of the way. i have seen a few where the brackets that hold the charge rollers get warped and not make complete contact with the drum. -
