    Lexmark CS796de, yellowish prints.

Same remote customer as my previous post but now Lexmark CS796de with yellowish prints.

Again, I have no experience with Lexmark and also not seen the machine yet since the location is out of my territory.

Any hints please where to start? Calibration perhaps, but how?

Take this with a grain of salt, as I don't work on Lexmarks that often.
But from what I have seen, they are a lot simpler than the, um, more involved machines like the Ricohs I usually see. So if you have a problem with a particular color on a Lexmark, take that color toner with and that usually fixes the problem. At least it has to date for me. (Might not hurt to have the other color toners handy, though. When one goes the others are not that far behind, at least from my limited point of view.)
    Hope that helps.

Thanks, what would be the procedure for calibration?

I'm not sure, I've never had to do that. The time or two I've had something like this happen I just replaced the offending color unit and cleaned up the machine and the problem was solved.

Most likely you'll find the calibration in the Diagnostic Mode: Hold 36 then power ON.

I've done just a little work with Lexmarks. Read sections 3-10 through 3-15 of your manual. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Replacing the yellow developing unit cured the problem indeed.

              Thanks guys!
