Hi friends.

I have a Lexmark xs748de that when copy in black mode, page go out blank page, and if i copy in color mode, only prints parts in color (very clear, bad quality), but not black.
Printing it's all ok, and also scanning to pc image is ok in color and in black mode.
any idea please?

There are only two customer installable consumables that solve most quality problems:

photoconductor kit
toner cartridges CMYK

These items will solve most quality issues. Have you done anything yet? =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
