Lexmark XM3150 - Jam Code 202.17 upon wake from sleep or inactivity

I've had to run a few calls on this machine in the last few weeks.

This is a low volume MFP (600 pages total) That will consistently throw 202.17 jams after it wakes from sleep. Once it gets that one jam out the way, it will print just fine until it sleeps again.

I've updated the latest firmware, I've replaced the fusing unit (which includes the fuser exit sensor) and Lexmark support (whom I am convinced is just there to sell more parts) advised me to replace the feed unit and put another fuser in it. Then if those parts dont work, they want me to replace the controller.

I've maxed out the sleep settings, but I cant turn sleep off completely.

The user manual mentions something along the lines of paper reaching the fuser before it has warmed up, so ive enabled quiet mode to slow the paper down a little to give the fuser a few more moments to warm up.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks!

Let's talk about environment for a moment. Does your customer turn up the air conditioning at night or shut it off altogether? If they do, the humidity increases considerably towards morning. When the copier warms up, you'll see condensation on any metal parts, and the wet paper won't pass. Given some time, the air conditioning will overcome that temperature change.

If this is what you're experiencing, your best approach is to locate it in an office that stays at a steady temperature, preferably closer to 70F. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
