There is a link to "Printers" but it comes up "404 Not Found" with some Chinese characters.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The G&G P4100 looks like the Sharp DX-B351P which I have been told is manufactured by Hon Hai/Foxconn.
Weird that they offer just one little printer and one MFP.Comment

At this time the Sharp is a completely throw away printer as no parts are available from Sharp. Someone told me they may have found some feed rollers on Alibaba but weren't certain if they would work. Selling a throw away product it not our thing. We have seen selling against that concept ever since it was introduced.
The Lexmark Service Manual has parts available in it.
