this is okipage 4w laser printer.the printer amber lite on all the time, fuse is warmup the printer is initalized but the lite never turn to green. the printer just sit there not working. Usually, the satuation like this is the printer\'s fuser is goen but is not on this one, the fuser is warmup, you can feel it warm. Look like any one of the sensor in the printer is not on the home position so the machine never get ready.

any ideas.

This printer does not have a display on the printer, it is on the printer monitor displayed on your PC monitor. What does the printer monitor displayed on the PC monitor indicate?? From this you can tell what is the potential problem. Let me know and I will try to help you.
