Got a customer that prints pictures from phone but will only let them print one pic at a time instead of selecting all of them.

Is this a limitation of the app or is there a third party app they can use.

Sharpdesk Mobile app works with Ricoh brand machines, and it can print multiple files simultaneously.

The only downside is that the images will need to be sent to the application before printing, however this can be done by the usual viewing application.

There are 3 ways to print from smartphone to Ricoh machine.

Android:
Most mfp's - Print & Scan
SOP MFP's - Connector
Few new models - Mopria Alliance

What way is printing??

I had so much trouble with the Ricoh POS print apps I deleted them. Hammermill print can print multiples, and it has been a rock solid app.Works great with the Ricohs I have tried to print to.

I recommend my customers use the Ricoh connector app seems to have good basic functionality can also scan with it too.

There are multiple methods to multiple to do mobile printing printing. Ricoh needs to make a training course that covers all the methods available for current model and require at least one sales person with each sales office to be proficient in all in order to train customers.
