3503 printer not showing up in devices and printers

For some reason I have setup a mp c3503 to print and scan just fine on 5 computers (Windows 10) but on all five computers the printer will not show up in the "devices and printers" section of the computer... Making it impossible for me to change preferences, add user codes, etc. Not sure if this has to do with the machine or with the computers

    Any thoughts?

I forgot to mention the printer shows up when I go to print a document and it prints just fine.

    Try rebooting the computers.

Sounds like they are installed on a WSD port not IP check this as will only cause you headaches in the future.

The spooler could have crashed, usually it will reset itself if you restart it in services.msc / on Windows 10 you can use the Task Manager > Services.

If the built-in devices are listed on Devices and Printers, e.g. Fax, if you delete them, do they still remain? If there are no devices whatsoever, then the spooler is definitely corrupt.

Sorry I should have been more clear...the issue is resolved. Some needed rebooted others just took some time i guess..

Yes i hate the WSD automatic install...i always disable the WSD device before installing at a customer..thank you guys

If you're using Win10 the go to "Run" and type Control Printers to view the old school printer list.
              And just saw it's resolved
