    Pro C 7100 Fiery E43a system DVDs

    Hi,

    Does anybody have these istallation DVDs somewhere on cloud and wiling to share?

      They are supposed to be kept with the machine. You can order a set from Ricoh.

              i was informed about a month ago you can download fiery software from the ricoh website. but this doesn't apply for older fiery systems, where our fiery is the 24B. ricoh said that wasn't available on the site, only for newer systems. and i was able to download it to usb, though its a bit of a process.

                                  That is him. And he will probably charge you. You need to start hammering Ricoh-EU to get you set up on Octopus. RIght now it appear that they are only making it available to direct support techs and not dealer techs.
