I just looked on My Ricoh I see there is no special LAN firmware, so hopefully our chaps across the pond can help you!

Sorry, I can't help with the Firmware, but with an older box like that, the customer should be happy with just about any solution for their 10 year old machine that solves the problem.
Why not simply set up FTP scanning and you're done? No firmware issues there.

It just one of those customers who are stubborn they want scan to folder
and there it department just upgraded server to 2012
the machine is in great condition doesn't do a lot of work
they are reluctant to upgrade
so if i can find a kind sole who can get me the firmware it will keep them happy
