I decided to put the konika Minolta C350
Toshiba fc-15
In the garbage
I want to buy used machine in excellent condition and not much work can be exported to Libya port of alkomas or Tripoli
Who can help with that, even with advice on quality

Konica Minolta C224 or C224e would be a good upgrade. If you can find a meter under 100k you will get years of use out of the machine without having to replace any of the consumables except toner. It is several generations past the C350 and completely different design.

You'd have to check into Import/Export regulations as to whether those can be shipped to Libya or not. There are very specific rules as to what level of technology can be shipped overseas. Check with an electronics exporter in your area....they'll likely have a list, or know where you can get access to what's approved or not.
