    Garage sales.
    Facebook marketplace/ craigslist.
    Antique/ Vintage stores.

It seems they have all gone to the "pen type" or similar nowadays.
You can find quite a few new styles that will get the job done all the same.
We have the type you pictured, but they've been in our shop since the 70's!

I used to have the same one,
I bought it from Katun. but I marred it in the long run for overtightening the tip,
      don't do that.

      Check their accesories catalog:
Printer Consumables & Service Accessories | Catalogs |Katun (2020-2021 catalog)

Update: It seems they don't carry it any longer, I've checked old Katun catalogs (Year 2012) and the part number for it was (Katun PN# 12161) Maybe some local dealer still has it.
      good luck.

That's it! But, they don't ship international. At least I now know it's made by Bernstein. The search continues...

I used to buy Canon refill ink in 1oz nalgene bottles. They have a tiny spout that provides very small drops of oil with attached cap. They make fine oilers and have proven resistant to petroleum based lubricants (surprisingly most plastic oilers are NOT resistant to petroleum products).

I've had a couple like the one you show, and the seam at the bottom eventually splits open, leaking oil all over your case. Lets see if I have a photo ... nope.

Forty plus years ago there used to be 2 major platen supply companies that provided everything any office equipment technician needed. West Coast Platens and Ames Platen Supply. Somewhere in the 70s or 80s they merged. In May 2012 they closed their doors permanently.

You can also try a sewing machine supply company. They may not have that specific type bottle. Usually a one inch diameter bottle by four inch tall plastic bottle with retractable either brass or plastic spout. The one website I looked at required purchases in quantities of 12 or more.

They will leak; keep it in a zip-lock type bag, otherwise, prepare for a cleanup.
They do work well as a substitute for the precision Oiler.

This one has leaked into my case before.

I use the Zoom oiler at home, but I always lose the tiny cap.
