    [Wanted] A0ED 5084 00

    Hello,

    Does anyone have this black plastic guide lying around that goes above the ITB on the C280? (see pic attached - No. 19).

    Mine didn't come with it and it's been causing me various headaches.

                  I suppose that you can't recover the old guide from the unit you're throwing away? Or it's damaged in some way?
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      BC, not exactly sure but think on this model plastic guide(preventing paper winding) isn't part of TBU, so if machine is missing it he can only use scrap machine or something.
