Does anyone know where I can purchase a service manual for a Canon 6000 ImagePress that lists all of the error codes and steps to fix/clear them? We used to have a PDF with all of the codes for the machine, but unfortunately it wasn't backed up and the computer had to be reloaded with the software. Thanks!

Would you know what sensor is causing error 20-0381-05? We haven't been able to figure it out. We would be happy to pay for phone support. Companies in our area no longer support our machine. Thank you!Comment

E020 (Error in ATR)
u mean e020-0381 ?---in your case that is CYAN

COPIER > Display > DENS > P-B-P-Y/M/C/K is less than 150
did u Clean the patch sensor ??
Highly possible = Soil on the ATR sensor *1
*1: Soil on the ATR sensor
Field Remedy
1) Clean the ATR sensor with alcohol.
[Note]: Wipe the sensor in one direction more than 3 times. Do NOT wipe it back-and-forth.
2) Replace the ATR sensor with a new one.
In addition, for the purpose of preventing any future occurrence, follow the steps 2-1. or 2-2. below.
2-1) Service mode(Level 2) > COPIER > Adjust > DENS > HLMT-PTY/M/C/K,
- If the current value is 4, change it to 9.
- If the current value is 9, change it to 10.
[Note]: Density might decrease as a negative effect. Therefore, execute the above setting value change only if soil on the sensor occurred at less than 250K
intervals of periodic cleaning maintenance for ATR sensor.
2-2) Shorten the interval of cleaning maintenance.
Low possible =
Faulty pressure for developing assembly
=Broken wire of ATR sensor
=Damaged ATR sensor
=Malfunction of ATR patch detection shutter

patch sensor on c6000 remove
start by cleaning the sensor first
drums usually last 700,000-800,000
on these printers u need to follow it's maintenance schedule- especially filters and coronas
Filters should be checked on every visit. Determining the type of environment will give you an idea of how often filters should be checked and clean. Certain locations like dusty rooms, large open warehouse spaces, textile locations , areas with large ac units or with big running equipment are susceptible to filters clogging up quickly. Ensure that the filters are clean, if not the copier will not perform to its optimum capabilities.
Filters can be replaced using Filter Kit FO2-5928-000
