    Copystar CS 356 ci Service Manual needed

    Hey Gang,

    I've got an inter-territorial repair, and the download link on our support website is broken. Since I don't know how long it'll take for them to fix it, can someone point me to a Service Manual for a Copystar CS 356 ci? I know I've got to replace the black drum unit (rotational marks are visible) but I want to make sure I get everything right in the process, and don't break anything! LOL!

      I'm sure you got the drum replaced by now, but you should also update the firmware if you haven't (Ver 4.01) and change the setting in Sim 100 - set main HV - agent time from 0 to 1. This will prevent the "dashes" from returning.
